Balkan Carbon Credits Registry AD, an organization incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, located at 15A Ivan Denkoglu St., fl. 3, apt. 5, Triaditsa District, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as ‘BCCR’ or the ‘Registry’);

‘Account Holder’ as defined in Definitions Clause, paragraph.1).

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions on which the Registry provides an Account for credit transactions and project registration.

Any entity wishing to use the Registry for project registration, credit registration and transactions shall open an account with the Registry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time.
